- Pre-Check Vaccination – Ensure your dog’s vaccinations are up to date for a safe and healthy environment.
- Share Feeding Preferences – Mention your dog’s diet (veg/non-veg, cooked/raw) so we can maintain their routine.
- Inform Us of Any Medical Needs – If your dog has allergies, medications, or behavioral notes, do share them in advance.
- Schedule Pick-Up & Drop – If you’d like to use our transport service, kindly coordinate and confirm your pick-up/drop timing with your account manager in advance.

At our academy in Kondapur, Hyderabad. Your dog has their own crate space for rest blocks and supervised time out of it through the day. Dogs are not left loose unsupervised, and they are not kennelled for twelve hours either.

Structured, not a free-for-all. Morning potty and movement, feeds on your dog's own schedule, supervised play or walk sessions, and rest blocks in between. Dogs who have never been away from home settle far faster on a predictable routine than on constant stimulation.

Your dog's own food, on your own schedule. Send it with them, portioned by meal if you can. Changing a dog's diet and their environment in the same week is the fastest way to an upset stomach, so we don't do it.

Usually yes — but tell us before you book, not on drop-off day. Anxious and first-time dogs need a slower settling plan and a quieter spot, and we need to know in advance to give them one. If we don't think we're the right place for your dog, we will say so.

Only in supervised sessions, and only with dogs they are matched to on size and temperament. Nothing is unsupervised. If your dog is reactive or does not enjoy other dogs, say so and we will keep them on solo sessions throughout.

Your dog must be up to date on core vaccinations and deworming, and we need to see the record at or before drop-off. Message us on WhatsApp before you book if you are unsure whether your dog's card is current.

We have an in-house vet, which most boarding places do not. Anything that needs attention gets seen the same day. We call you first for anything non-urgent, and we act first and call you immediately in a genuine emergency.
