Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Happy Doggo, we maintain a strict no-refund policy for services opted for at our facility. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In compliance with the applicable laws in Telangana, India, our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

1. Cancellation before 7 days of the booked slot (date and time booked for the service):
   • Refund of 70% of the invoice value will be processed.
2. Cancellation between 7 days and 48 hours before the booked slot (date and time booked for the service):
   • Refund of 30% of the invoice value will be processed.
3. Cancellation within 48 hours of the booked slot, on the day of the booked slot or if only part service has been opted:
   • No refunds will be issued.

All cancellations must be formally communicated to Happy Doggo Support Team via email or in writing to process the applicable refund. Refunds, if any, will be issued through the same payment method used during booking and may take up to 7-10 working days to reflect in your registered account.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In such cases, a video evidence of opening the package will be compulsory / mandatory. Failing to do so, the return will be considered invalid.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/refunds on sale items or gift cards.
